1.         The charge for storage shall be a weekly fee of                                     or an annual fee of              Payment in advance. Renewable within 4 weeks of expiry. Any goods left after the expiry date will be removed and a clearance fee charged to the customer, in addition to extra rental charges as incurred, and/ or any disposal charges. Late payment will incur a charge.

2.         The customer must at all times keep the owner informed of the registration number of the vehicle which will be used on site visits. The customer is responsible for notifying the owner of any changes to contact details.

3.         The owner accepts no liability for any loss or damage to the customer’s containers contents, nor to the customer or customer’s representative or vehicle whilst on site, howsoever caused.

4.         The customer may access the site between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 9am to 4pm Sunday.

5.         The customer must not store gas bottles, combustible fuel or any inflammable substances, including engines, anywhere within the container or on the site. All items stored must be the legal property of the customer. No illegal goods or stolen property to be stored in the container or on the site.

6.         Only the customer in person should visit the site.

7.         The customer must not sub-let any part of the container under any circumstances, nor run a business from the container.

8.         If any fees or surcharges remain unpaid for a period of 28 days from first being incurred, the owner reserves the right to claim a lieu over the contents of the container and sell or otherwise dispose of the contents at the expiry of the said 28 day period and re-let the container without written notice.

9.         The owner may terminate this agreement at any time upon a minimum of 28 days written notice to the last known address of the customer and on expiry of the notice will refund the customers fee pro rata.

10.      The customer may terminate this agreement on a minimum of 28 days written notice.

11.      Signing this contract confirms that the container is in a good state of repair. Any damage or defects to be noted in full on the rear of this contract. Any damage to the container caused directly or indirectly by the customer may incur charges up to the full value of the container.
